Excellent care by the most friendly and professional staff.
From reception on it was great. My nurse, Joyce. is knowledgeable and very nice. Dr Kim is exceptional and humble, a very pleasing combination. Very glad I was referred here.
Im not sure why but I felt like I was a burden this time.the only time they checked on me was when they were changing my medication..and I dont know if its something ive done or if its because they were ready to go home and start there weekend.it also bothered me that I have to wait from Thursday to Monday to get my shot..
I called the day before to find out what to expect. I was told after l show up for my appointment l would have to wait so they can check my insurance to see if it would cover my treatment. So l asked if it would help if l call my insurance before l go in. As l know l have a good insurance plus l have 2 insurance. . So that's when l told her they Soul already no if I have insurance before l going in tomorrow.
