While the Doctor Unni Thomas was very good, I had billing issues for over 12 months that I thought were finally resolved on 10/9/24 but they were not. (this is an update) After, months of error after error I was told that insurance appeal went through by office manager but today the bill is still outstanding from Quest. Ridiculous. For two days I have been calling their office to reschedule. On hold for over 30 minutes each time. Inexcusable. Moving my care elsewhere.
Kimberly O'Donnell is a great listener. She answers all my questions, even when I am jumping all over the place. I feel comfortable talking with her. The clinic is lucky to have her on their staff.
