I couldn’t be more impressed and pleased with the experience I had with Dr Chatrala, Dr Bahari and their supporting staff. After a not so great experience at Mayo Clinic I was referred to Cancer specialists of North Florida. Every step of the way, I had a great experience no matter who I dealt with. Dr Chatrala and Dr Bahari had a great bedside manners that is lacking these days with most physicians. I have not even had a chance to be there yet, but just my correspondence with the office has been spectacular.
Staff here needs a refresher course in patient care management. The manager and financial advisor is never available. My family member was denied treatment because of an error in billing. I would not recommend this facility to anyone else.
