We came to see my husband’s oncologist for an 11:30 appointment and the staff announced that she was running 50 minutes behind. This organization needs to allow for longer appointment times so that this does not occur. It is COMPLETELY disrespectful of everyone’s time, and we had to cancel his much-needed appointment due to time constraints. I took my wife there for testing 2 months ago. Very serious issue I had to call 3 weeks later because she was having issues. No one never called us with results etc. We're still waiting on the treatment plan that was planned by the doctor. It's been 2 months and counting

We had an appt at 3:45 as a new patient, arrived at 3:30 so we could fill out all the paperwork. It’s currently 4:43 and have YET to be seen by the doctor. Very disappointed in the level of care or concern by the staff.

I could not say enough positive things about the doctors and the nurses the thing you need to watch out for is the billing department. I have had a problem for well over a year and a half from billing messing up my insurance and I have gotten nothing but the runaround or someone else has my case or this or that or it’s insurance fault, so please make sure your checking your statements
