Dr. Tothy and his staff are amazingly kind, thorough and caring.
I contacted the Northwest Cancer Center - Crown Point location on May 9, 2025. The purpose of my call was to check for Doctor availability for the scheduling of a first time appointment. The woman that answered the scheduling line was extremely rude, unprofessional and shockingly, she was threatening to me. I only wanted to schedule an appointment and within a few seconds of speaking with her I was treated as if I was interrupting her life and by the end of the short call, I was asked "where am I calling from" as if she want... read more
Always welcoming and very attentive to my needs. Making my visit comfortable. The nurses are so good making me relaxed. Dr Meirs is so kind and I have all my trust in her.
