The other reviewers have nailed it - caring, kind, professional, knowledgeable - throw in a few others like upbeat, personable, hard working, and you begin to understand why my regular treatment day has become one of my favourite ‘outings’ :-) I’ve had the great good fortune to be looked after by these amazing folks (under the care of the exceptional Dr. Annette Hay) for 7 years and counting. I am deeply grateful. Update - now 10 years and counting - what a team !
DR. Catherine de Metz saved my life! She is a wonderful person, very compassionate, understanding and so much more! The staff are fantastic! They take time to listen, explain and encourage! A wonderful group of people! I am so grateful to them for their dedication! 🤗🥰
The folks on the pediatric oncology floor are amazing. Kind, compassionate, friendly and truly care about patients and their families. They take their time answering questions, we didn’t feel rushed or confused when we left. I feel we’re in really good hands.
