My experience with the Cancer Center of Middle Georgia was extremely disappointing, largely due to ongoing issues with time management, staffing, and overall professionalism. Appointments were consistently delayed with little to no explanation, often resulting in long wait times that added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. This place has the worst customer service staff I have ever seen, being they are working with patients who are going through hard times. Extremely RUDE staff. The front desk staff and other staff needs to be retrained on how to be professional and knowledgeable of the business. Sorry to say this, but everybody just seemed like they didn’t give a damn.
Lab employees and attending staff are very good, respectful and show compassion. Very satisfied. The office staff could use some serious professional training.
The visit was quick! Everyone was so polite & kind! They took care of my Mom!
