One of my close family members has been consulting with Dr.Briones for a new cancer diagnosis. I would like to thank Dr. Briones for his expertise, knowledge, kindness and professionalism. He is very caring and informative and it shows he truly loves what he does. We appreciate you and all that you do! The staff is also very kind and helpful they are amazing!
The front staff is very unprofessional. Forget HIPAA . They yell at the patients not talk . Very rude and uneducated . Very frustrating to be in this office while you have a diagnosis that is life threatening. My mother was dismissed in July by one oncologist here telling her she was fine and did not do a physical exam . After that she went to OBGYN. Now cancer is back in in September. So sad . We are trying new doctor today to give them the benefit of the doubt . But if this does not work out I will be taking her to Dr Gali... read more
These people are terrible. They gave my wife on unnecessary treatment when they knew she was gonna die. She was 59 pounds and still getting immunotherapy for what I don’t know once they were done with her. They just sent her home to die. KEEP your copay receipts!!! Not only was this office a mess, with 45+ minutes wait times and that’s after I was taken back and left in a room for 45 minutes waiting for my Dr. But they on 2 separate occasions tried to bill me twice for my copay. Currently having to send in proof of payment. Thankful I have 1 physical receipts and the other on my bank statement. But having to dig for hours for answers is exhausting.
