Went 2 time and the receptionist are highly very very rude they tell you to be there at 7:30 and they're not even ready in the morning you get up there and they give you attitude that early in the morning I don't think people should be going through this with these receptionist with horrible attitude next time I should have taken a picture of the females that did me wrong just so they can get blasted out and for DHR to know who are the bad apples and not making their patients feel welcome like they preach to be such a good H... read more
To get labs before my appointment I have to wait for the order requisition first. It's a long wait just to get labs here in the first place. I don't understand why they don't have the requisition already ready for anyone who has an appointment. This is so inconvenient.
Appointment time 7:30 waiting room packed current yime 8:48. No patients have been called back yet. Location is consistanly overbooked by several hours. Patients with chemo comprimised immune systems are packed in elbow to elbow to share viruses with no concern for the extreem discomfort or physical condition of the patient. Greed mongers have no compassion and are bound to do more harm than good. Do yourself a favor, find a caner team that cares more about you than your insurance/cash
