Everyone was nice and helpful from the ladies at the information desk to the mammogram techs. Nice clean facility.
Im so glad to choose this hospital for my cancer treatment. Every single person that works here are very patient, friendly, careless .They only don't do their jobs but they also put something extra all the time . Thank you so much .
Not enough stars to award this imaging center. The staff was outstanding. The equipment was top of the line. Everything was totally seamless. I am extremely claustrophobic, the wide bore imaging machine made all the difference. Very little wait from the time that I arrived to the time I was placed inside the machine. Thank you!
I recently visited the Texas Southwest Cancer Center and encountered an issue with their parking structure. While entering was smooth, exiting was delayed due to a kiosk glitch. Despite scanning my ticket, it didn't accept my card initially and only processed it on the third attempt. This caused me to exceed the free parking period, and I was frustrated by the initial lack of assistance. However, after speaking with the operations manager, Jonathan, I was offered a voucher and an apology, which I appreciate.
