Im so glad to choose this hospital for my cancer treatment. Every single person that works here are very patient, friendly, careless .They only don't do their jobs but they also put something extra all the time . Thank you so much .
Not enough stars to award this imaging center. The staff was outstanding. The equipment was top of the line. Everything was totally seamless. I am extremely claustrophobic, the wide bore imaging machine made all the difference. Very little wait from the time that I arrived to the time I was placed inside the machine. Thank you!
I recently visited the Texas Southwest Cancer Center and encountered an issue with their parking structure. While entering was smooth, exiting was delayed due to a kiosk glitch. Despite scanning my ticket, it didn't accept my card initially and only processed it on the third attempt. This caused me to exceed the free parking period, and I was frustrated by the initial lack of assistance. However, after speaking with the operations manager, Jonathan, I was offered a voucher and an apology, which I appreciate.
I went to their radiology center for a MRI scan. Michelle did my IV and she is the best. I barely felt anything when she put the needle into the vessel. The MRI machine is new and relaxing. Stuffs are patient and friendly. Very good experience. And thanks radiology appointment center's Diane for spending time helping contact the doctor who wrote my report. - update: I need to lower the rating due to the bill is too scary.
