Trying to reschedule an appointment for a family member over the phone. I got hung up on several times by front desk people. They transferred the call to another area & no one picked up the phone. Very rude & unprofessional
Do not let you loved ones go here. My auntie had treatment recheduled soooooo many times. Kept sayin couldnt get drugs, how com DCH can get them?
