Great hospital ! The oncology dept is so nice! The nursing staff and doctors always very courteous!
With my mom at her neurologist appt and with the uhc changes this year her pcp never sent a referral, Celeste tried everything she could buy reaching out to mom's pcp office for an exception as my mom's had this scheduled for months and her pcp never completed the referral like they were supposed to. The pcp office person was EXTREMELY rude to her and myself. Celeste kept her composure and patiently tried to help us although we couldn't get her pcp office to cooperate i am extremely thankful for Celeste and her office staff.... read more
