Canby Smiles is awesome and were so helpful with me getting my wisdom teeth out. Even with everything going on around with quarantine they were extremely professional and gave me exceptional care. Due to a previous infection I was having some troubles feeling better but they gave me some tips and checked in on me and that showed how much they truly care about their patients. Thank you to everyone at Canby Smiles for making such a hard time a little bit easier!
Due to CoVid it was hard to get a hold of someone at first but I think that falls on me due to not contacting the dentist directly as suggested. Once I got a hold of Weiland he said Christina would get a msg from him, after not hearing from her for a bit I tried to call as suggested and was lucky enough ti get through. She emailed me the paperwork, she was polite. Dr. Weiland was exceptional with me and his work, he made sure to take it easy, asked all the questions as he knew I had a high anxiety and fear of it. The dentist couldn't numb me for the root canal so I felt all of it which was incredibly painful. My night guard was cracked and I needed a replacement. I was told it takes a week to come in after the initial mold is taken. I will finally get fitted for it over 3 weeks later. Without my night guard or retainers in place and the delay recieving the new appliance, I will likely have to get braces again to correct my teeth. We are so incredibly thankful to have found this clinic. My daughter had to have a dental procedure under sedation last year and we're having a difficult time trying to find someone with whom she felt comfortable with. We could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Canby Smiles for folks of all ages.
I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed as soon as possible, and these guys were kind enough to work me into their schedule. I can't thank you guys enough!! The staff was also super nice and willing to answer any question I had. I'll definitely be coming here again to get my other 2 wisdom teeth removed.
I have never had a better dental experience! My difficult procedures were made comfortable. The staff is so helpful and friendly. They really know me and reach out for follow ups. The office squeezes me in when possible. I can't recommend Dr. Wieland and his staff enough! Thank you!
Dr. Weiland is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The entire staff is friendly and inviting as though you are already friends. The office is lovely, too! I highly recommend!
