ive been here for 5 months, the superintendents are friendly, quick to respond and very helpful. it is an older building. but is very comfortable, well maintained and taken care of . I Love it here.
As a resident of the building, I have nothing but positive things to say. Both Anneke and Kirk are phenomenal property managers. They do the very best to ensure each tenant is heard, and made to have the best living conditions. The property itself is well landscaped, and maintained. 5 stars.
It's a historic old high school conversion which is great to not just tear stuff down, sure, it's got its quirks but so far been a safe place to live, superintendents are awesome, and location is great, btw pet friendly too...
Superintendents are always there to help. They work long hours and go above and beyond.
The couple who manage the building are truly irreplaceable. They have greatly improved this building since taking over and the greatest addition they made was installing the camera system in the building!
