We had purchased a car from Toyota Fyshwick less than 2 years ago. On a Thursday morning, driving to work, the sunroof randomly shattered. I took it in to Toyota Fyshwick, expecting to be off the road for 4 weeks+ waiting for parts/availability. I was pleasantly surprised when I was immediately given a courtesy car and told to return the next day (Friday) to collect our car; fitted with new sunroof and cleaned from the shattered glass, all under warranty.
