Rang Chris originally for some advice opening a faulty gun safe . Was extremely helpful considering there would be no financial gain and having never met me. The safe fault however could not be fixed via the phone and required an on site visit. He arrived at the exact time he promised, and considering I was an hour away I found this refreshing considering some tradies. He was very pleasant and very professional in his work. Well done chris
