First time here. Easy free parking. Doctor and staff are lovely but it's still scary getting things done to your eyes.
Really great experience at this clinic. They are always very respectful, kind, and very factual.
Excellent professional service, Neilson and Dr Khannah are both fantastic, trustworthy and caring for patients,l as are all their reception staff. If you need any ophthalmic treatment in Canberra, you can't go wrong with these guys.
Excellent staff from front desk on up. Three cataract ops by Dr Okera: all results excellent. (Third needed because of normal deterioration over time). Not a chatterer, but good communication from Okera. To repeat (in response to some comments here): friendly helpful staff!
All staff I've met with have been exemplary communicators. The level of care given by Dr Okera is outstanding.
