Shakura Rowles BMW Canberra was very helpful in fixing a problem with my BMWApp.
My window washer was dysfunctional because of algae build up blockage and needed replacement; your records should detail the problematical process leading to the month long rectification. After some initial information issues regarding the complexity of the job the old system was replaced. Putting aside the initial difficulty towards getting a functioning system, BMW through service adviser Sehaj achieved an efficient and satisfactory outcome. The provision of loan car at short notice as much appreciated.
We came for a test drive of a BMW EV. The Canberra team had the MOST PROFESSIONAL show room we’ve ever experienced. Shrey Srivastava gave us excellent service. Informative, cheery, without being too pushy, highly obliging.
