Great service from BMW Canberra through my purchase and ownership, especially Tabish and Louis Li. Louis explained and set up the car for us and was helpful with later enquiries. I also enjoyed leaning about new models at several great launch events they organised.
After expressing my interest in a new BMW M3, Kimi helped me source my dream individual spec. He was also able to put in a special request for options that aren't generally available on M3’s My Car was delivered quicker than other dealers estimates and he made an effort to get the deal done. 10/10 will be back for the next one.
I had my car serviced there recently. The process was smooth and efficient. The staff were courteous and helpful. They offered courtesy transport, and even washed the car after the service. (...and the coffee was nice!)
Took delivery on our new X5 earlier this week. Love the car. Love the service. Love the dealership. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Shakura and Paul. Making the whole process easier than ever. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
Shakura, Mike and Tobias made the whole buying experience a dream. If only my garage was big enough we would be back there like a shot. Well done .
