I was taken immediately, very professional & clean. Fast experience overall.
The scan was done very quick and well, and Daniel was professional, polite, and explained everything thoroughly. I was running late and needed to push back my appointment and Canary accommodated conveniently.
The appointment for the scan was smooth and swift. Facility is well maintained. My only issue is with the timeline to obtain the reports. They take 10 weeks, which is ridiculous. If you want to expedite the process then you need to pay $25, $50 or $100 which is just unfair. There needs to be a government policy requiring the diagnostic centres to process reports quicker enabling quicker action by the doctors and thereby a faster treatment turnaround for the patients.
I had a very negative experience at this location. Technician Daniel was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Scanned me 3 times. The report I received was not done professionally and wasn't completely done.I paid for a full detailed canary report and only 6 teeth report was done. I am going to file a legal compaint against them. I will not recommend this location to anyone
