No line, no waiting, stuff is very polite and knowledgeable. Very clean. Equipment is new, modern and in all variety. Very good reports. You can see your results just after you came home. No complaints about them.

I always visit medical buildings with apprehension, based on past experiences. However, my appointment went smoothly and quickly. Upon entering, I was assisted with filling out records. There was no wait at all and the technician kept me calm by explaining exactly what she was doing. She was efficient and, due to my mobility issues, she was helpful and patient.

This modern, bright dental imaging office is located just off Mapleview Drive @ Reid, on the 3rd floor of the Tradewinds Building. There is an elevator, and the parking area and building are wheelchair accessible. I made an appointment and was scheduled within 2 work days. On arrival we scanned in using a barcode that was provided when the appointment was confirmed via email. This location uses many upselling tactics to get expedited results and then you are pressured to pay for two expedited payments. My mother paid for one level of expedited delivery of results and has been waiting 3 months. She called and was told it will be another month bringing the total to 4 months if they are delivered then. This remains to be seen if they are. If this is “expedited level 1” I would hate to see how long if you didn’t pay for any of the upsells.
