Absolutely awful pharmacy service. The PA even spoke to the pharmacist and said they never received anything. Every time they make things difficult almost impossible. Now I have to be reimbursed for medicine and sent somewhere else because the Canandaigua va pharmacy does not know how to do their job. So upsetting it’s hard to put into words. We trekked all over town to get my medicine for Covid and all they said is you could file to be reimbursed
Good service for my Dad. Icy temperatures inside though, and what happened to the beautiful historical building? Everywhere we went, the inside was modernized. Respect our history and remember the elderly need to stay warm. Their skin is thinner and circulation poorer.
