Very very helpful beyond expectations. Super friendly people and very knowledgeable.
I'm very pleased with the service I receive at the VA in Canandaigua as well as Caulkins Road. Everyone is always friendly professional and helpful. Update: I would avoid the canteen. The selection is poor and they charged me much more than the sign stated for a meal deal. I even pointed this out to the cashier / cook. The response was disappointing. I won't buy a meal there again.
