Called there about an old friend secretary patches me over to the nursing home I got the nastiest guy who handles emergency calls started yelling I couldn't believe it he was nasty it was may 13th at 6:10 pm whoever works that time needs to be fired.

I had a very frustrating experience dealing with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs office in Canandaigua. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a long, stressful ordeal. I have been dealing with them for the past two years and have gotten absolutely nowhere.
