Dr.Kleine is absolutely the best.Caring,understanding,compassionate. Great listener and truly wants u to know the facts,explains them completely . My pain and dx were fully relieved on this visit

Dr Grimm is amazing. Great doctor and very kind and caring.
Can’t get a call back from the actual doctor but he can send me a “withdrawal from case” letter a month after I filed a complaint and switched doctors 🙄 I was seriously injured and in pain, I got no compassion from this office whatsoever, nor was I referred to a pain management clinic after they refused to let me have any say in my care. I know part of it was lucky timing, but I took my daughter in with a broken wrist and we were there for less than an hour. No sitting and waiting at all!!! Staff was so wonderfully kind and caring. My daughter was very well taken care of and I’m so grateful for the kind staff!
Gor sent to Canabdaugua Orthopedics by my DR only to find out that 19 years ago (while I was working for Perkins as a manager with insurance) when I had surgery on my hand it didn't get covered by insurance and I owe over a 1000 dollars. No bills no calls not on my credit report no clue I owed any money why do they have a billing department if they don't send any bills?
These guys are amazing! They have cared for all 4 of us at different points, yes we are accident prone! They listen and care about what you have to say and are ready with a hug on the hard days. Dr Klein is my guy and I recommend him to anyone!!!
Very efficient &pleasant staff . My first visit and I was pleased .
