Well I finally bought my first new motorcycle also the smallest one I've ever had. Andrew was an awesome salesman who stayed late one night to sell us a new Honda Grom! Picked it up 2 days later and he went over the whole bike with us and then helped strap that little puppy in the trailer.

Closed in spite of their posted hours. Drove all the way from Ithaca -- very disappointed!!!!
Been going there for over ten years for servicing my bikes. It is a bit like visiting a museum. The service is fantastic. Andrew is super cool. Very very helpful. Very very knowledgeable. All the staff is awesome. I actually look forward to going there and hanging out, checking out the new bikes and helmets when my bike is being serviced. I wouldn't do anything for my bike, or buy anything for my bike, any other place.

Best customer service I've seen in motorcycle dealerships. Bought a new Vulcan 900 and the entire buying process was the smoothest I've ever had. Everyone here is very friendly and very knowledgeable, very prompt with answering any question I had . Also had great experience when I took my zx6r in for service a while back. Will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend !
