We truly appreciated the warm service and hospitality at Canalta Lodge. The rooms are cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The outdoor hot tubs are a fantastic touch, especially after a day exploring Banff and the surrounding areas. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We would happily return!

Amazing place! Great customer service. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. Highly recommend breakfasts! Hot tub and sauna are a great option too.

Séjour du 28 février au 03 février Hôtel référencé comme étant 4 étoiles qui ne les vaut clairement pas, des hôtels 3 étoiles ou moins nous ont déjà offert des prestations supérieures au Canada ou ailleurs. Le service de nettoyage de chambre/"housekeeping Ils assurent le strict minimum : changer les serviettes et vider les poubelles, rien de plus. Durant tout notre séjour soit quand même 6 nuits, vu la moquette par endroit nous avons la certitude que l'aspirateur n'a pas été passé une seule fois dans notre chambre par exempl... read more

Shortly before I arrived, I found out that my family member was dying, so when I came in I was having a hard time speaking to the staff about checking in. They noticed my distress and proceeded to let me check in early into an incredible room and were very kind to me during my visit. The amenities were wonderful and I highly recommend staying here while in Banff. Thank you guys for being so nice to me during this tough time. It helped a lot.
