Canalta is a wonderful hotel with nice rooms, amenities, and parking, w/ easy access to shopping and restaurants in Banff. Definitely would stay there again next time we go to Banff.
Stayed here with family for a night and enjoyed the stay. The front desk was very helpful. The room came with a kitchen. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. The lodge has a lot of amenities, make sure to check their website. There's underground paid parking.
Nice enough that I was surprised to learn it's a chain. Great location in Banff, nice rooms (except they could use better lighting! bathroom was almost too dark to shave in) and a decent breakfast. Hot tubs, plunge pool and sauna were a nice touch.
