I am incredibly disappointed with how this business handled the booking for my niece's Quinceañera. A Quinceañera is a milestone, once-in-a-lifetime event that requires months of careful planning, yet this company treated it with complete carelessness. They double booked the date and let my sister know with a month and a half left for her event. They have caused unnecessary stress and panic for our family and, worst of all, my niece. I had always seen this place and hoped to one day host an event there. My husband and I went in on a Saturday in March to request a quote and gave a deposit that same day.
