Renters Beware - NOT I have have visited family at this property for 8 years. The grounds are always beautiful and well maintained. The inside of the building is kept clean and maintained. As at a lot of properties, the need is not there to have a staff member there 5 days a week but while the staff is on site they continually and consistently do the job they are required. Renters Beware I have seen alot of apartment bldgs but this one is at the top of the list. Maintenance is a joke, management is not even woth mentioning because they are only there two days a week, and then she listens to one or two of her henchmen that live there and if they dont like you, she finds a way to write you up. a friend has black mold in her apt due to a flooding of her neighbor, instead of taking it down they just want to cover it up. she has breathing problems now never mind sucking in that black mold. carpets ... read more
Well honestly it was a pain in the but to get any fixed unless I went straight to the source rather than going through the property manager. Also they will find some bs reason to not give you your security deposit back. And none of the neighbors can seem to mind there own. Over all I'de never live there again. I would live in the manor first js
