When I walked into your empty dining space at 11:10 am, it was because I was hoping for a pleasant early lunch during my work day. I ordered migas, which should have been an easy item for the cook to prepare. I make them at my house nearly every weekend — toss some crushed tortilla strips, some beaten egg, some chorizo, maybe a few precooked veggies on a HOT grill — cook it up and top with cheese.
