(New Review) I can no longer highly recommend this location to people moving downtown for work. It's still a great option, just no longer for me with the current atmosphere and price point I can't comment on any changes after June 2020. Cons: 1) Noise levels rising (they're reasonable but it used to be very quiet) - music on some floors, animal noises, cpap machine beeping. 2) Cutting corners on renovations - painting over ceramic tiles, not removing ceiling fixtures when re-painting. 3) Inefficient heating/cooling - it's ch... read more
