No management available even when called the “after hours/emergency number”. Whoever Sam is within the building doesn’t exist even when supposedly that person lives on site. (Supposedly has a master key to all rooms. MIA) if ANYONE needs any sort of help at all the fire department at least is there to help, THANKFULLY they’re across the street. 0/10 wouldn’t want my parents or family members here. The management at the time was terrible . The maintenance man was untrustworthy . My friends apartment was flooded from the person upstairs and ruined my friends apartment . The apartment owners had contactors go in to make repairs . The contractors tore up his place and left a mess and never repaired anything until after he moved out . I moved out because I didn't want that happening to me .
After almost 3 years here, I am confident in the safety of the building, love the convenience of the location and the view from my windows!! Can’t beat that!
