I’ve been living here for about 7 months. The technicians always quick to solve any issues. However, there is a serious security concern: my car was scratched in the parking lot, and when I went to the management office the same morning to report it, I was told that the cameras only cover the entrances and exits and that nothing can be done about the parking areas. This is very disappointing and shows a lack of responsibility. Adding proper camera coverage would greatly improve safety and give residents peace of mind.
I toured canal street flats today & was accompanied by Jaylon Green , he was An amazing leasing consultant and went through everything very thoroughly , he answered all of my questions and the property is very very nice. I look forward to moving here next month. & Thank you again Jaylon for your amazing professionalism.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Canal Street Flats. I paid $1,314 upfront for an apartment I was supposed to lease, but management changed their minds and never followed through. To this day, I have only been reimbursed for the money order portion, but $570 of my electronic payment has still not been returned. My family and I have lived here for nearly 7 years and love it! We recently upgraded from a classic unit into a renovated unit which has been amazing! I appreciate most how efficient the leasing/maintenance team address issues and give their best with every service. Their prices are a steal for the area, stylish unit options, and convenient to many local attractions.
this is by far the worst experience i've had trying to tour potential properties. not only was my time wasted twice but the lack of professionalism was extremely disappointing as I had set aside time twice to come tour this property. i was told both times that there were no units available to tour which is insane because why would i even be allowed to set a tour with them from their website to begin with?? I would not have come either time if i knew that i wasn't going to be able to actually see a unit or at least get a tour... read more
