they are ugly old apartments they are always changing managers, no up grades to vacant units and rents are ridiculous super high, the last manager was doing changes to make property better and from one day to another she was gone
I have tried to call this place several times, it takes you to a hotel reservation service. They use LLMs to text and email you, telling you that someone will get back to you. No one ever does. I even scheduled a tour for 1:45pm today. I showed at 1:30pm. No one was in the office. The number provided kept giving me the message that all lines were temporarily busy. I waited until after my appointment and left. Waste of my time and effort.
The staff had no knowledge of our scheduled visit because the scheduler was AI. Also, the apartment advertised had been rented 4 days before. The staff was rude.
This place is highly unprofessional, the management is never available to actually manage the property. There is trash everywhere, animal feces, and the playground is non existent. I would never recommend living here. Worst place in the world. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
