RecommendedCanal Flats is a great place to live!!! The apartments are very spacious and nice.Very nice granite and lighting. I do not have a problem with noise disturbances from other neighbors: the hallways are well lit & kept very clean! I called before because there was something in the hall they came out the next day and cleaned the whole building and floor! Very great management! Greg is awesome and a very very great and understanding manager!!
They don’t take care of the property as the swimming pool never been cleaned out.There is only one trash dumpster for 300 apartments.they forget to clean out apartment before new move in.The walls are paper thin where you can her your neighbors talking! Maintenance don’t clean the indoor carpet in your apartment stairwell and finding a place to park is a rat race.
