called another bike shop and said I could not use my trekking bars on my bike. so, I stopped by C.C. and doug made it happen. did not cost much at all for custom work. A+

Bought a voucher for a tune-up and called several times and left numerous messages to schedule a appointment. Finally received a call back and made arrangements to drop off bike for tune-up. Drove 35 minutes to the address and the bike shop was closed and a realty sign was out front advertising property for sale!! Obviously I was fleeced and very unhappy. Several calls and voice mails to owner Gregg never returned. Not a good experience for sure!!!
