We have lived at Canal Club for over 3 years and have had a decent experience overall—until move-out, where we are being charged $723.92 to replace the entire carpet due to a frayed area near a doorway. We had to have our door replaced while we were away. Very pleasant as always. The maintenance and office staff here rocks!
