This seems like a scam company. I chose them to pay with Paypal. Now having issue.
I wish I had read these reviews first. There's no point in choosing a bouquet that you like because they pretty much just send a random selection of flowers that does not resemble the photo.
Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday 2 days prior. Order wasn’t delivered on her Birthday and after sitting on chat for 45 minutes the following day, they said the flowers weren’t delivered due to a snow storm (there was barely any snow) brutal customer service, will never use them again.
Im actually kind of happy they refunded my order after seeing the reviews below. But still cancelling the day of a birthday is pretty bad service. Just a healthcare worker who had to work wanting to order flowers for her moms bday. Dont even bother buying from them.
In truth, they deserve 0 stars and an investigation with the better business bureau. This is an absolute scam of a company. I paid 116$ for my mom mother’s day flowers and was sent wilting daisies, similar to the ones you find on clearance in Walmart. Looked nothing like the “deluxe” bouquet I thought I was ordering. The card attached to the bouquet is a poorly cut piece of paper half glued on sideways to a card, printed off the computer. Do not waste your money with this poor excuse for a floral company.
