Ordered flowers for a funeral. Talked to a rep on the phone about the address. No flowers. They contacted me a week after the funeral to tell me they could not deliver to the address I gave them on the phone. I asked for a refund. No reply. I called my credit card company and they will get my money back, Unbelievable
Do Not Order from Canaflora. They are a scam. I ordered before checking reviews. I received no printable receipt online or by email. Instead of $234.99 Canadian, They charged me $234.99 USD. Plus a foreign fee was charged. Nothing notes its in USD. The website is Canadian. The street address is in Ontario. The delivery was 2 days late. This seems like a scam company. I chose them to pay with Paypal. Now having issue.
I wish I had read these reviews first. There's no point in choosing a bouquet that you like because they pretty much just send a random selection of flowers that does not resemble the photo.
Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday 2 days prior. Order wasn’t delivered on her Birthday and after sitting on chat for 45 minutes the following day, they said the flowers weren’t delivered due to a snow storm (there was barely any snow) brutal customer service, will never use them again.
