I suppose it is my fault for not reading the reviews before giving this company my money. Flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday before 9 PM. Is now 3 PM the next day and they have not been delivered. Who knows if they ever will be because customer service is nonexistent. Please do not waste your money. Now that I see they are based out of NE Calgary, it does not surprise me in the least.
Flowers were not delivered and when I reached out about the order several times, they said they might be be delivered the next day, which was 5 days after the original delivery date. When I asked to speak with a manger to address the issue, they stated that no one was available to speak about this. Very disappointing experience.
Ordered a bouquet from a photo on their website specifically. Completely different arrangement arrived. It came in a vase and was not even arranged. Paid over $100 for the flowers, now it’s been 7 days of contacting them, still no resolution. I would have been better off to go to the grocery store, buy some flowers and arrange them myself.
The flowers were terrible and so was the customer service!! The Safeway and Costco bouquets were superior in quality and beauty
Do not use this company! or Chinook Floris Calgary (same company), they are a web service that connects with florists in the local areas. Customer support is horrible, they work on eastern time which means no one will answer you calls after 2pm. Flowers delivered the next day after I order within the window of time. My flower arrangement was completely messed up, the company didn't deliver the right flower arrangement, nor right flowers, nor the right colours.
