Tim was very professional and a great communicator throughout the entire process
I had a great experience with Tim, my landlord. After my surgery,. He came and fixed the broken stuff that day when I was down.
The check in process was very easy & thorough! Tim was very helpful & made the move in process easy & transparent!
Tim manages property poorly and maintenance requests. I put a work order in to replace a front door over a year ago at a HOA property he is board member to. I guess he cant figure out how doors are installed.
I would never rent a property from Tim Canady. My boyfriend and I recently went to tour one of the rental properties he manages and he was incredibly rude and disrespectful to us. We brought our own real estate agent with us to help us with the process and upon walking into the rental, we were not greeted by Tim. He was on his phone, barely looked up at us and told us to go ahead and view the house. Im not sure if he was irritated we also brought our agent or if he was judging us based on looks/age.
