Terrible company with even worse customer service. They do not care about their customers. I was told by two customer service reps that it's my job as a customer to watch the news for interest rate changes, calculate what my new variable rate will be as well as how much I will owe with interest rate increases, then ensure the right amount is in my account prior to them removing the money from my account. I’d suggest just looking elsewhere . Andrew Wong and there staff will not return any of your emails or calls once you have signed on with them. This isn’t due to covid or anything they are simply just lazy employees and have a poor work ethic, contact is key and so is knowledge of your mortgage, you will receive neither of those . Take my review for what it’s worth however you will regret not listening to this advice . Look elsewhere.
