What an absolutely horrible bank! Do not do business here! Nothing at all like the great treatment by staff at CWB. Considered, then aborted, a mortgage offer when hidden fees were discovered. Just awful treatment regarding our Mutual Funds, 1st pressured on short notice to buy in to National funds. Lots of posturing, foot dragging, and misleading information when we sought to transfer our funds elsewhere. Je me suis déplacé deux fois pour ouvrir un compte, sans succès. Les informations données n’étaient pas claires, ce qui m’a fait perdre du temps. Finalement, j’ai pu ouvrir mon compte le même jour dans une autre banque située dans la même rue, avec un service plus efficace.
I used to Western bank customer but now national takeover. I deposited money on my account and I asked for receipt but the teller said because of the new system they could not give it to me but today after a month the branch said they didn't not received it but I double checked the other side already deposited to their bank. When I tried to calling the branch nobody answer the phone n phone bank said it is branch problem. How it happens on a Bank?
