If you are applying for a mortgage stay far away from this bank, they will lie to you to get you to sign on with them and then add additional costly requirements or change the terms last minute. Specifically stay away from Romi Arora. They approved us 2 1/2 months before closing and then 10 days before closing added extra requirements that could not be fulfilled time before closing.
