Two and a half months after the ultrasound test, today I had an appointment with a specialist doctor, but due to a transfer problem, I arrived 7 minutes later than the appointment time, and the receptionist did not allow me to go to see the doctor and again asked me to re-schadual two months later, what is my situation? The receptionist and sonographer were both so kind and knowledgeable ! I had a more urgent appointment and another follow up scan and they were able to fit me in. On top of that, the sonographer was professional and clearly had in-depth knowledge in this specialty. This is probably one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had.
The receptionist at this location is amazing. I'm genuinely blown away by the kindness that she showed me today. She went above AND beyond. If I could give 10 stars I would.
