I had such a great experience. Mitra was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She was also very warm and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate her care — thank you so much!
Very disappointing experience. I came in while already sick, having taken a sick day for this appointment. Due to a booking mistake, I was told they could only do one breast ultrasound and that I’d need to come back for the other. I asked to reschedule so both could be done in one visit, and instead of any understanding or flexibility, They tried to charge me a $50 cancellation fee. The receptionist was attentive and straightforward, I had an ultrasound with Alex and he was one of the best doctors that I've seen in my life. He felt genuine and kind, and made sure to accommodate my leg injury even though it was a bit inconvenient for him. I'd definitely go here again (though I hope I don't have to).
I had my knee ultrasound done today with Mitra, and I truly cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism. I had my son with me, who was very upset and crying throughout the appointment. As a parent of an autistic child, situations like this can feel overwhelming, and I was honestly ready to leave and reschedule. However, Mitra showed incredible patience and understanding.
