Staff were warm and welcoming, and it was evident they get along well with each other which sets a nice vibe overall. I so appreciated the tv screens in the waiting room showing funny and relaxing content as opposed to the typical anxiety-inducing news cycle shown in many clinics. They don’t answer their phone. No way to reach them.
This was my first experience with this centre; and I’m very disappointed at how rude and unprofessional one of the staff has been . They called me the day before to confirm and ask to call back . I tried calling many times , no voice mail , long wait then disconnected. This happened several times. Today when I talked to the front desk staff on the phone ; she was very rude unprofessional that I do not want to go to this place at all . I have been to many health centres and I have never had such experience.
Excellent experience having the EVLT and veins sclerotherapy at both legs done by Dr Gupta; the detailed preparation and understanding of my specific situation, the actual procedures and especially the post therapy care to make sure all was nothing short of perfection. Nurse Simran assisted and provided a solid second line of defense. I highly recommend Dr Gupta and the Canadian Vascular Laboratory!
Terrible place. Refuse to take anyone here.
