Unprofessional. They leave take too long to answer the phone and when they finally answer, the person just hangs up. Tried to get through to someone 4 times, after 30 minutes, I called another lab and they answered after 20 seconds. I would not recommend this laboratory.

The booking system / intake customer service rep are very inefficient. I called to try to book an appointment, left 2 voicemails, and each time waiting on the line for 5 minutes to get cut off without someone answering, or someone answer "please hold" but never come back.
Fast politely service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great clinic
CVL is a world class testing facility, and Shani Shaniili was exceptional. A true 5 star experience.
