I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided, as the center demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism and accountability. My ultrasound appointment, which was scheduled two weeks in advance, was canceled the day prior due to the technician’s illness, placing an undue burden on the patient. Being asked to reschedule for another two weeks later is entirely unacceptable. This experience has been highly frustrating due to the facility's lack of responsibility.
5-star service! From the front desk to the scan room, everything was seamless. They booked me in quickly, and Shani, the technician who did my leg vascular ultrasound, was super professional, patient, and precise. She was so gentle and kind. Truly grateful for their exceptional care!
I've been to this clinic a few times over the past years and always found it to be good.. Reception staff and friendly and helpful and Shani S was a very efficient, kind technician who saw me in a timely fashion and was very pleasant. .
I had an ultrasound booked. I had to write because Shani, my technician, was a wonderful professional who was effective and went above and beyond to ease my anxieties around the experience. Thank you Shani!
