They are nice. But the doctor is VERY non-interventionalist. If you are concerned about your child for needing ear tubes or other special care then just take them. Also, if they hand you a nebulizer, then that's a rental that you must return. It's "free" to rent until your insurance changes, the rental company doesn't ask for updated info, and then they bill you every month and eventually hit you up for hundreds of dollars you owe them now.
The absolute BEST Pediatrician! We love Dr. Bowen and her team! They are always so helpful and friendly! We have been with Dr. Bowen for almost 14 years, and I would never choose another Doctor to care for my children.
Do NOT go here. The receptionists are lazy, sit on their phones and won’t acknowledge you’re even there trying to check in! They lied and said they took my daughter’s insurance and when I showed up they told me they actually didn’t take it! And instead of helping me or even apologizing for THEIR mistake, they wanted to argue instead. So that was time and gas wasted! This place is horrible and extremely unprofessional!!! I recommend anywhere else BUT here. You will NOT be met with professionalism or kindness at this facility.
We love Dr. Bowen! She is so knowledgeable and personable. I appreciate the relationship she has built with our kids and us. Take your kids to Dr. Bowen!
We absolutely love Dr. Bowen! She has been incredible with both our daughter and our son—so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and explain everything clearly. Our kids feel comfortable and safe, and we always leave the office feeling confident in the care they receive. We’re so grateful to have found a pediatrician who treats our children like her own. Highly recommend Dr. Bowen to any family looking for exceptional care!
