I was a tenant for two years when Canadian Urban Limited managed the McDonald Estates high-rise in downtown Edmonton, and later at another property in the northwest called Miller Ridge. In my experience, their rental agreements were standard and fair, and their management team was professional and responsive when issues came up. Greedflation Warning! Hope you want your monthly rent to skyrocket your next lease date after moving in. I guess they think everyone that rents an apartment is rich. Didn’t think I’d have to look for another place after a 1 yr lease. No wonder homelessness is rampant, it’s rents like these!
