Greedflation Warning! Hope you want your monthly rent to skyrocket your next lease date after moving in. I guess they think everyone that rents an apartment is rich. Didn’t think I’d have to look for another place after a 1 yr lease. No wonder homelessness is rampant, it’s rents like these!
