Terrible group of companies with terrible customer service.
If you enjoy babysitting, go make large purchases for faulty items that have been returned missing parts. spend $2200 on a log splitter for them to lose it! yup lost it, cant find it. had to order me another one., month and a half later still trying to get the same purchase done. they assigned someone named brigitte to our case. just another employee we had to babysit who wasnbt capable of problem solving or completing basic tasks. Brigitte is awful. Why assign a head office rep to a sensitive case to just give the customer two managers that they have to baby sit. Awful experience. $6000 sale felt like I was hosting a day care.
