I went there to do my seasonal tire change. Extremely expensive, almost double the amount my dealership charged me. Also, what’s the point of appointments, if I have to drop off my car and come back later in the day.
I've been calling this store for a week now and no one answers the phone in the parts or auto service center. 20 min ago someone picked up the phone and when I said hello they hung up. Lol it's like no one wants to work. If I was the owner I would be furious. You're losing a lot of money!
Although I got bad news about my car, James helped me out and was very compassionate and kind to my situation. They were also quick to check my car and following up with me. Thank you!
