Took my vehicle there Feb 18 for oil change , 1700 km later low oil pressure light came on engine sputtering so I had to get a tow to my dealership 120$ , when dealership looked at it ($320charge) they said I had contaminated oil , and when they cut open the filter it looked like tar , so either used filter and or contaminated oil .. 5 years having my truck serviced at dealership one time I go to Canadian tire because it’s around the corner and then I have my only issue .. going to speak to store let’s see what they say ..
Had a horrible experience Saturday Morning March 29th. I was already emotional because I was putting my dog down that morning and was just rushing in to grab a few things because I knew I would be in no shape to do it afterwards. My family and I been here today and we’re about to buy a bikes for our 5 year old twins, as they were testing some bikes, the associate name “Shirley” told us not to use the bike in store. She said it in a very rude way in front of our kids, we decided not to buy in this location ever again. Her attitude is very disgusting!!!
Got an amazing deal on a set of awesome truck tires at half price on Tuesday afternoon. They installed everything perfectly no issues, even bagged my winter tires and my tire pressure sensors work. They weren’t pushy trying to upsell me anything either which I appreciate. Great job guys!
