AMAZING service from Party City at this Canadian Tire location. I wanted to send my son, a student at STFX, a balloon bouquet to celebrate his birthday since I couldn't be with him because I live in another province. Party City was the only place I could find in Antigonish that has balloon bouquets, but they don't technically deliver, which I totally understand. They have a greater variety thsn the Port Hawkesbury store - but staff are at a premium. I was the only person near the cash when I came in the doors, and spoke to a manager-type lady at the front desk to buy a simple propane tank. She pointed me away, and said, 'speak to her', another young cashier next to her, but for access one needs to go around all their displays, to another cash - by the time I got around their 'convenience junk maze' someone was in front of me, no holding my place though I was there first while I ran ... read more
