We had our Calgary model hottub installed and had our electrician convert the tub to 240v. There were 2 instances where questions arose and I called the service line. Both times I was immediately put in touch with a technician to answer our questions. Very knowledgeable techs both times. Getting a “real” person who knew what they were talking about both times was amazing and made the process stress free. I would highly recommend Canadian Spa Company based on the service alone! But we also love the tub!
I had some questions and a minor problem with my hot tub. It was my first spa so it was a good conversation. After a couple phone calls I had all the information required and my issue resolved. Found the representative very helpful and professional so would recommend this company to a friend. Thanks you.
