My experience with Canadian Rooter Mississauga was nothing short of an exceptional one. After business hours we noticed a leak in our kitchen faucet and made a phone call to get some help. Naz made scheduling convenient and was extremely quick to follow up. When Andrew arrived he was able to identify the problem within minutes! We needed a new faucet, which we didn't have at the time. I scheduled an appointment with Naz as i was getting a very slow shower drain leak. He connected me with Andrew as was not sure how the process works.. He called before coming and gave me some options . He was very professional, explained everything to me, and ensured he had fully resolved the leak issue before leaving. He even did a minor sealing job on the faucet! It was a very good experience and I would definitely use Canadian Rooter Mississauga again.
Totally happy with their work. Andrew went above and beyond, fixed my issue, and explained how to prevent back ups from happening again. The price was excellent. I will definitely call Andrew the next time I have an issue.
I hired Canadian Rooter Mississauga based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. The work I hired them for was to replace a bathtub and new tiles as well. They did it quickly and beat the price of another bid I had for the same work. Naz answers his phone and replies to emails fast. Just what I like. It was all good.
Naz was a fantastic help with my garbage disposal problem. First, he tried to help me fix it on my own to save some money. When it became clear a replacement was needed, he and an associate came out on a saturday to accommodate my busy schedule. Service was very professional and quick, they even took care to be as quiet as possible as my daughter was napping at the time. Highly recommend Canadian Rooter Mississauga.
