Same thing as a previous review, sent me a letter about my insurance expiring 1 month after it started… useless waste of my time
They keep sending me letters warning me my insurance has expired despite both my insurance company and myself faxing the information, like they asked for in the letter, multiple times. They also "claim" in the letter that they've tried to contact my insurance provider but have received no response. Funny, I had no trouble at all contacting them. Worst administration I've ever dealt with. This will be the first and last time I EVER deal with this company. I've been a loyal Ford customer for many years but if I see this compan... read more
